Parramatta. Help to market mealie meal

Efforts are being made to wholesale and retail locally-grown mealie meal (a white corn staple food) to Australia’s African community to meet the demand which can not be met with the imported product. The one-year-old CM&GAP Enterprise, at Ermington, markets the product in 2.5kg and 10kg packages. Social Ventures Australia, Allco Foundation and Parramatta City Council, partners in the Parramatta Social Enterprise Hub, seeks a brand development/designer to assist in marketing the product. The hub offers a business support service to community organisations and social entrepreneurs who are developing their social enterprise to create social inclusion.
