St Marys. ADI draft on public exhibition

The Department of Planning has on public exhibition a draft amendment to the regional plan applying to the former ADI munitions site at St Marys. The amendment seeks to relocate the Western and Ropes Creek Precinct Employment Zones to consolidate with the Central Precinct Employment Zone, to review the range of permissible uses in the employment zones and to ensure better access and linkages from the Dunheved Industrial Estate to the Central Precinct Employment Lands.
