UWS campus to be redeveloped

The historic St Vincent's building on the University of Western Sydney's Westmead campus will be turned into a 150-room hotel as part of the proposed plans to create on the site a town centre, with the value of more than $250 million. The proposal includes commercial suites, apartments, medical facility, shopping centre and public car park. UWS and Lend Lease are partners in the project.
